About the Author
Carrie Green is a female entrepreneur who started her first online business at the age of 20, and within a few years grew her business to global level. In 2011, after feeling isolated running her business, Carrie started the Female Entrepreneur Association – an online platform now counting 270,000 members, which inspires and empowers women from around the world to build successful businesses through videos, classes, and an online community. Carrie has been recognized as an entrepreneurial “rising star” under the age of 30, and was awarded Entrepreneurs’ Champion of the Year in 2014 at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to be happy!
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily accept it back within 30 days of your order purchase date.
Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unused.
All tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal on swimwear.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Any full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for either an online store credit or exchange.
All other returns made within 30 days of purchase will receive an online store credit.
SALE RETURNS
An online store credit will be offered if the sales item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
FAULTY ITEMS
We can offer a full refund within 30 days on full priced or sale items if they are deemed faulty by our customer service team.
We will reimburse return postage in this instance.
GIFT CARDS AND ONLINE STORE CREDITS
Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits may not be returned and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
All Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our Online Store.

In your email request please confirm:

* The product/s you are returning
* The reason for returning the product – eg. change of mind, change of size, faulty.
* What you are returning the product/s for.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Any additional duties and taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind (eg. Australia Post) and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed, we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
